Kèr Kùthi̊qùg (/ˈkʊthi̘/ /qʊg/ [version] [external]) is a subtropical Town located in the Iēibonjām Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Kùthi̊qùg is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Kùthi̊qùg was founded by Celenil Willins, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Kèr Kùthi̊qùg receives an average of 304 cm/y (119 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Kèr Kùthi̊qùg covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 48 m (157 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg was founded durring the late 16th century in fall of the year 1493, by Celenil Willins. The establishment of Kèr Kùthi̊qùg suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Kùthi̊qùg which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kùthi̊qùg is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg is buildings are speckled and packed arround broad canals streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Kèr Kùthi̊qùg's size could have. Astonishigly, the well-designed, yet cheep are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Right off the bat Kèr Kùthi̊qùg hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Kèr Kùthi̊qùg possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is long in Kèr Kùthi̊qùg.
The Dinosaur, Compsognathus near Kèr Kùthi̊qùg are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Kèr Kùthi̊qùg's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via proclamations.
